Precision vibration isolation systems
In cutting-edge technology fields that require nano-level precision, equipment is adversely affected by even minute vibrations imperceptible to humans. Our Group develops, manufactures, and sells a full-scale vibration isolation system that protects precision equipment by isolating these minute vibrations. We provide products suitable for each application: for example, spring-type passive vibration isolation devices, or active vibration isolation devices that satisfy nano-level needs. Through these products, we are active in industrial fields such as semiconductors, optics, energy, measurement, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals, and in industry-academia and advanced technology fields such as research institutes of universities and national/local governments.
Gear testing systems
Our Group plans, designs, manufactures, and sells contact-type inspection equipment that is essential for manufacturing gears used in electronic devices such as automobile components and industrial products. With the most sophisticated technology in Japan and our strength in high-precision measurement, we contribute to the manufacturing of gears not only in Japan but also overseas. By utilizing contact sensor technology, we aim to grow our business in response to Industry 4.0 and the related evolution of IoT technologies such as autonomous driving.
