Our main products are illuminators and Pupil Lens Modules®: inspection equipment and devices essential for manufacturing CCD and CMOS image sensors. These devices can identify defects and specifications of image sensors at an early stage, reducing manufacturing costs, improving yields, and guaranteeing the quality of image sensors.
■Illuminator
An illuminator produces light with specified properties and beams it to an image sensor. These devices are essential for quality inspection. The required properties of light vary depending on the application of the image sensor. At our company, we primarily offer two types of light source devices: those for “image sensor testing” and those for “distance measurement sensor testing.”
■Pupil Lens Module® (PLM®)
The PLM® is a product that replicates the lens part of the camera. Using a PLM® for inspection makes it possible during testing to reproduce the environment in which the image sensor will actually be used. Although the PLM® is not an essential product for conventional quality inspection, it contributes significantly to improved yield and stable quality. The PLM® is an INTER ACTION original product and our main product after illuminators.
